Rules & Regulations

  • At the campground, all campers and visitors must check in at the office upon arrival. Check in time is 2:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. Longer stay will require another day’s rental fee of site. Please register by 10:00 AM. After hours arrivals must check in at the office at 9:00 AM.
    A. If you have a visitor(s) they must register at office before entering the park.
  • Quiet time is 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM
  • Pets are welcome in campground area, but not in cabin or park model rental. State law requires all pets to be on a leash. Pick up all droppings and dispose of properly. No pets allowed in any building or pool area. Do not leave pets unattended.
  • State law requires a sewer donut.
  • Must bring a fire ring to have a campfire, one is not
  • All campers must dispose of their garbage in
  • No alcohol allowed except on your campsite.
  • Clotheslines are prohibited. No ropes or chains tied to
    utilities, trees or signs. Do not put nails in trees.
    Please do not put hot grills directly on picnic
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled 7 days of scheduled arrival and a fee of 15%
    plus sales tax of deposit will be charged. Less than 7 days notice will result in no refund.
  • No refunds due to weather conditions or change of plans.
  • No driving through campsites. Be courteous, this include bicycles.
  • Vehicle washing or repair is not allowed.
  • 2 vehicles per site.
  • No fireworks or firearms allowed.
  • No ATV’s, skateboards or noisy toys allowed.
  • All Motorized Vehicles/Golf Cart Rules: Operator must hold a valid driver’s license and owners must have proof of insurance for golf cart/electric or gas cycles. Unit must be equipped with lights to drive at night.
  • Speed limit is 5 miles per hour for all vehicles.
  • Children under 12 must have an adult with them in restrooms and clubhouse.
  • Pool area: A. No lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. B. Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area, no one under 16 yrs old allowed without supervision and must know how to swim. C. No thongs or indecent bathing suits allowed in pool area.
  • No refunds due to weather conditions or change of plans.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason he/she deems necessary and to evict those who do not comply with the rules. Management and the owners are not responsible for any loss of property, damage, accidents or injury for any reason including fire, theft or acts of nature. Management reserves the right to seek compensation for any blatant destruction of Mill Creek Resort’s property.
